Fitness Bikini Routine

A fitness bikini routine is one of the rounds conducted during a fitness competition.  The first round shows off the perfectly toned bodies of the competitors in swimwear and high heels, while the routine round shows how well those bodies work.  The routine may be any physical activity performed on stage.  The usual choice involves aerobics, gymnastics, or even dancing.  Although some people may equate the fitness bikini routine to a “talent portion of a beauty contest,” this does not necessarily mean that the contestant must have a specific skill.  For some, the routine only involves picking a specific activity that you like and expanding it to the point of creativity.  In fact, ethnic dances may be a hit, depending on the person performing.

Since the routines showcase the ability of the contestant to properly work her body, it commands a large spot in the
ultimate judging.  However, since this would require the actual use of the muscles rather than just shaping them, seasoned contestants know well enough to incorporate exercises that would benefit their routines.  Keep in mind that the routine is not just about how amazing the “trick” is, but more on how your body flows cleanly to accommodate the action.

Preparation

You must employ the help of trainers that can focus on both the toning of your body as well as its performance.  Keep in mind that this is only the first preparation you have to do when participating in a fitness competition.  Other thingssuch as your swimsuit, hairstyle, and even how you pose are largely taken into account.A workout routine differs from person to person.  A particular diet and exercise program may not work as well with you as with other people.  This is because we all have different genetic build-ups, which only emphasizes the need for a personal trainer.  With the help of your own coach, the program may be altered to suit your individual specifications.

Aside from the fitness bikini routine, there are also the little things that must be thought of.  Although they don’t figure  in the scores, things such as hairstyle, pose, and make-up contribute to the overall effect.  You don’t want to look stiff or have a bad hair day during the competition.  Remember that although the contest features physical fitness, this should not detract from the femininity of the contestant.  Hence, make sure that you are also prepared to flaunt your gender as well as your wonderfully sculpted physique.
